Welcome to K-Con (Kenyon/Kinley Convention). Started in 2006, K-Con came out of Sherri's annual visit to New Orleans. Fans were always wanting to join her there so in 2006, she invited them along.
Space is limited to 150 people and the convention sells out within minutes of opening.
So what do we do there? Basically, we have fun. There are parties, lots of food, Dark-Hunter tours, scavenger hunt and a chance to meet and mingle with other readers from all over the world. Last year, we had fans from Canada, France, UK, Japan, West Indies, Mexico and of course, the US.
There's also a fund-raiser for charity. You never know who's going to show up. Last year even Acheron made an appearance.
See you in New Orleans!
The first K-Con filled up so fast that Sherri had to close it as soon as her plane landed. Today it sells out in under five minutes.

Q: When is K-Con?
A: It’s always in October
Q: Where is K-Con?
A: In New Orleans, baby :) Always.
Q: How do I get in?
A: We open registration in April (usually) and if you join the Sherrilyn Kenyon newsletter, we send out notification to let everyone know the exact time and place we’re holding it. For those who don’t get in, we run a waiting list in the event someone cancels.
Q: Do I have to pay to go?
A: Yes. Sherri makes no profit whatsoever. In fact, K-Con costs her money to hold. K-Con fees go for the food, meeting space and entertainment costs.
Q: Can I just show up?
A: Unfortunately not. Attendees are given badges and those are required for entry into events. However, Sherri holds a signing either before the convention begins or after it ends that is free and open to the public.
Q: What do I get for my money?
A: Three days spent with Sherri and other Kenyon Minions. There are parties, tours, Q&A sessions, games and other fun activities.
Q: Is the hotel included?
A: No. The fees do not include the hotel room. Once you’re registered, you’ll be sent the hotel code for your K-Con discount.
